IdentityI have been tutoring students from my college for over 8 years. I focus mainly on Operation Research, Statistics & Management subjects. I like to focus on specific and individual needs of each of my students as I fully recognize that each student is different and each one has their specific learning methods & styles that I need to adopt. Thus, my first lesson is usually introductory to get to know the student and to formulate the appropriate curriculum and strategy . However i remain fully flexible to listen to what a student wants/needs as well as the concerns of the parents where applicable. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering from Nagpur university and Masters in Business Administration from Bangalore University
My love for teaching comes from a lifelong love of learning. I have had the pleasure of helping students realize their own potential and see their grades and test score improve.
I have been associated with HITPA ltd. as assistant manager in Human Resource (training and development) department. and involves in developing the training solution for our employees.
One of my goals for each session is to keep the students challenged, but not overwhelmed. assign homework after every lesson and i provide periodic assessment and progress reports.
