For all the subjects - Rs2000 (if home tuition) otherwise Rs1000 - all subjects any class from 1st-3rd

How to improve my speaking skills?

The answer is in the question itself by SPEAKING. When you start speaking and listening, you somehow memorize it inside of your brain and this helps you revising the sentences and formation also. Start watching the language videos you want to improve your skills in.

I have completed my BSc microbiology so which subject can I teach?

Teach those subjects in which you feel confident and have knowledge and curiosity outside the books. Looking into your graduation subjects you can easily teach Biology or General science till class 9th (if you know you are capable).

What would be the fees for class 10th student, for Maths, Physics , Chemistry and Biology for 3 days in a week?

As you're asking for alternative days or half a week I would suggest Rs3000/mon when the student is coming to you otherwise for home tuition it may vary to Rs4000/mon also.
