IdentityI started my teaching career early during my graduation and taught students throughout my graduation and post graduation. I completed my research training from NIMHANS, Bengaluru during which i was able to get hands on experience with a lot of basic research methodology and had a nice laboratory exposure.
After completion of my post-graduation , I joined IIT Gandhinagar as a Junior Research Fellow and this is when i realised the need of quality education in our country and set out to teach.
I was then welcomed at Kevin Academy , where i took the responsibilty of Biology lecturer and successfully completed one academic year. Next, I was welcomed by Aakash Educational Services Limited to join in as Biology Lecturer at their udhampur (J&K) branch.
My teaching method is all data and graphs. It has been observed that interpretation of data and usage of graphical forms of data presentation for teaching helps develop the grip on concepts better. I am all down to building from the fundamental and help achieve the same via student specific approach.
I strictly believe in not hurting the motivation levels of my students therefore till the end I believe that the goal can be achieved and therefore strictly forbids any negativity as our thoughts and will transform into reality.
I have a background in Cognitive Neuroscience and I believe that behavior plays a key role in education and therefore behavior of both the mentor and the student is calibrated to achieve the optimum efficiency with sound mental health, no stress and sustainability.
