SI unit of work is Joule (J).
Work = Force x displacement
1 J = 1 Nm
In case of gravitational force, some times instead of Newton (N), another unit 'kgf' is used where
1 kgf = 9.8 N
Please note it is not kg (its kgf), kg is unit of mass not weight and force.
So other unit of gravitational work can be 'kgf.m' .
But if we talk about SI unit, then for work it is Joule (J), it doesn't matter its gravitational work or electric work or magnetic work or some other kind of work, SI unit of work is 'Joule'.
