I have taught children of class 1-5 at my home when I was pursuing studies in my school during class 12th. I had one batch due to lack of time and it consisted of 6-7 students. I taught them depending on their syllabus and the time period from which they join. Since it is my responsibility to complete the child's syllabus on time, I assure the parents that they will be completig their syllabus before time. I d conduct some tests for the students so that I know where the student lacks behind and focus on the area which he or she has to stress on more. The parents are expected to check their daily assignments and especially about the tests.They should be knowing how their child is doing in his or her academics. The parents are expected to sign the test papers so that I know that the child is informing his or her parents about their academic front. If the child has is having any problem regarding anything in his or her studies, the parents are expected to come and speak to me in person so that I can look after the child properly. Each and every child will be given individual attention so the parents need not worry about it. The students are expected to do their assignments regularly whichever given. The assignments will only be given seeing the school work so that the child does not have any pressure upon him or her so the parents need not take stress on the assignment part. If the child is not able to attend any class, the parents are expected to inform the teacher about it.
