Classes are conducted online and offline mode on weekends in the morning. Teaching meditation for past 3 years after completion of three 10 days vipassana courses and 100 hour worldwide meditation teacher training program at Rishikesh. I am passionate enough for meditation and give sufficient time for self practice.
