Can we call cube root of -9 as imaginary ?

No, Cube of a negative number is negative. But the square is always possible. That is why square root of a negative number is imaginary. But cube root of a real number that is negative will be negative without need of iota.

They say the best way to learn to speak any language is to listen to songs in that language. To learn the language in particular and to improve your vocabulary, read as many novels as possible. Practice writing and speaking to improve upon grammar and pronunciation.
