Is taking German coaching classes enough to speak German?

No. Speaking is completely dependent on how much you practice it. As it is not our mother tongue & the structures used are quite different, one must speak constantly in german with people who know the language.

Depends on the class and trainer. The trainer should encourage speaking . The student should also take initiative to use the knowledge and proactively speak in the class whatever he or she has learnt. In addtion ,,listening to audio and video helps improve pronounciation .

In my opinion, yes it will be. You may not be able to speak very fluently but ofcourse you'll be able to speak and understand the basic German .
