My journey as a teacher began in the year 2000. Armed with a Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Science. My father was an Allopathic Doctor and taking medicine for some medical conditions. I also inherited the same and was going through the same medication. It neighter helped my father nor me. Eventually my father passed away because of the side-effects. This incidence forced me to choose natural, yogic and holistuc way of life. I learned and practice yoga deeply with scientific frame of mind which helped me to get rid of medicines. For the last 25 years, I have been leading a drug free profound and contended life. Witnessing this healing prowess, I was driven to help the society at large and make a difference. Yoga became my chosen path, a transformative practice that resonated deeply with my quest for holistic well-being. Establishing my own institute allowed me to channel my passion into a tangible force for good. Over the years, I have had the privilege of curing and nurturing the health of 500-600 clients, each success story reaffirming my commitment to natural healing. Moreover, I've had the honour of sharing my knowledge with a remarkable 3000 students, shaping them into future holistic leaders. My teachings encompass a spectrum of practices, each designed to foster well-being. Guiding individuals through the intricacies of Yoga Pranayama, I facilitate a profound connection between breath, body, and mind. The realm of spiritual healing is another facet of my expertise, enabling individuals to tap into their inner selves and the universal energy. Asanas, the physical postures, hold a central place in my teachings, promoting physical strength, flexibility, and inner equilibrium.
