Answer to Q.2 It is better to continue MS immediately after your UG. Since you are going to specialize in the area of your interest a break is not advisable. In case you are going to pursue MBA, then experience becomes necessary.

Answer for 2nd Question: If you could get an opportunity to complete MS after your B.Tech with good GRE Score and i20 form good university then it will be perfect and in worst if you couldn't score well then reappear for GRE and equally look for a job also coz whatever time you are spending in preparation after your B.Tech then it it will be better you will continue with you job also.
