"Prachi has all the qualities of a great instructor. She is punctual, professional, knows her job extremely well, is polite and extremely considerate. Even in group sessions she finds out each one's limitations and asks the person to make adjustments. All this and much more at amazing pricing. Honestly, I feel I have hit a jackpot with her. My fitness has increased, I have dropped weight, flexibility is better, I look better and I am yet to complete a month. Prachi is definitely as good as they come, you would never for a moment regret your decision of going with her! "

"She is a very good trainer. I really enjoy my sessions. Timing can be flexible. Exercises are not too tiring nor too easy. It contains all kinds of asanas, prayers and core exercises. It's been month and I really like it. "
