I just want to begin with some sayings...You are first condemn then you are opposed then you are striked and at last you win.A true learner can be a good tutor because learning is basics of all.A good book is equal to hundred teachers and a good teacher is equal to hundred libraries.I started teaching first in my hometown,Siwan.Then I realised my loopholes while dealing with various situation and contradictions among them.Initially I found myself helpless to understand the know how.Then I came to know that anything is not impossible because impossible itself says I am possible.Then I started preparing my mindset according to condition in which students were getting slow in study such as lack of motivation,lack of clarity and dishope which inherently carry a large amount of negativity which through its negative power creates a vacancy in heart of learner that he is weak in some subject.I started motivating them with true efforts and having them aware about their capability.Then,they achieved great results.Teacher is not meant to be a lecturer which has been a fashion among tutors,but instead tutor is a guide which not only make the student aware about study bu also make them feel better dealing with complex subjects' analysis.I hope you understand.
