Overview

I have been in love with mathematics since my childhood.I have been a dedicated, disciplined student all through my life.I have done MBA in human resources and marketing. I scored 99 marks out of 100 in my 10th class. Mathematics is not a difficult subject. It is just a myth. It is all about basic understanding of concepts. once a student able to get over those concepts he will find maths easier and lovable. For that i will be patient with my students so that they can learn more about mathematics with effectiveness. i will provide them hand made notes and a lot of practice material and make them practice those questions that repeatedly asked by CBSE so that they can score good marks in their examinations. I assure you all that you will never regret appointing me as a teacher for your students. May be your child not able to score 90 percent marks but he will surely grow in his or her understanding of maths which lead to his or her individual growth in life under my guidance.

What is the profit percent if a trader mixes 26 Kg of rice at Rs 20 per Kg with 30 Kg of rice of other variety at Rs 36 per Kg and sells the mixture at Rs 30 per kg?

A trader bought two types of rice therefore total cost of 1st rice is : 26*20=520 and 2nd rice is 30*36=1080 total C.P of both rices is Rs. 1600. Now SP of both rices (26+30)= 56 kg * 30 Rs/kg = Rs. 1680 therefore profit is S.P - C.P = 1680-1600 = Rs. 80 and Profit percent is Profit/C.P *100 = ... ...more

Cost price of washing machine (w.m) = Rs. 7660. Let mp of w.m be x therefore acc. to formula s.p will be = (100-discount)/100 * m.p. Therefore s.p = 88/100 x and due to gain of 8 % c.p will be 88/100 x divided by 1.1. Therefore, c.p will be 80/100 x which is equal to 7660 answer will be 9575.
