Anyone can learn from scratch, but in the beginning, he needs to take guidance from the tutor because the tutor will teach him the right way of learning. If people think they want to start from scratch but doesn't want to take any experts help, then it won't be possible.
The only thing is we have to change our routine and practice daily with the expert. It can take 1 month, 2 months or maybe more.
