"Highly unprofessional. They sent an instructor named Kavita Kumari who was irregular. If she was taking a leave she does not use to inform and switched off her phone or does not take calls when you try to reach her during the scheduled time. Post which I used to hear excuses. Once the class was at 7:30 and I was ready waiting for her and got to know she's not coming at 7:28. The owner is also very casual. I tried to raise my concerns to him about this instructor but got no reply. Directly then contacted me for payments. Would not recommend to anyone to go ahead with them. Too much stress. "

"They are extremely unprofessional. They sent a yoga instructor named Kavita. I have not seen such an unprofessional instructor. She confirms the class and do not come for the class. Switches off her phone or does not pick up when you call her to know where she is. Or she will tell you just at the last moment. Then she apologizes with excuses. Even the owner is very casual. When I complaint for this instructor I was not given any solution. The owner even didn't have the courtesy to reply to my messages. Will not recommend this to anyone. There are many more options. Yogalance is just a time waste. "
