For corporate people on formals, asanas cannot be adequately practised to get the benefits, but pranayama can be practised, and it will be more effective as corporate people generally suffer from stress and anxiety.
Pranayamas need to be practised anulom Vilom, Ujjayi, abdominal breathing(slowly inhale through the nose and fill your stomach and then slowly exhale), thoracic breathing and end with three times om chanting.
