Lets go very simpler. Karmas (actions) are the result of sanskaras and sansakaras are the result of our thought patterns. We need to check our thought /sanskaras patterns to know our karmas. It is not very difficult to check, the results itself will show the nature of actions. Resolving in the same context will require the sansakaras re-engineering (transformation), which again depends on thoughts patterns. That's why in psychology, we usually talk about of CBT cognitive behavioural therapy wherein the cognition is changed to change the nature of actions. However, in yoga practices, these come under yama and niyama which are self explanatory and guide map on what should be done and what should not be done. Continuous remembrance in God helps in dissolving the karmas but that requires soul conscious and supreme soul consciousness.

It depends who takes online classes. I mean to say his/ her Qualification & expertise / experience matters. The more fields (like psychology, nutrition, exercise physiology in addition to the normal yoga fields) the yoga teacher has, the more useful and integrated approach the teacher has and so the more fees he can charge. If this is one to one class, then the rates go upward.
The client's health targets also matters most. If the class is therapeutic, the rates again go upward.
However, on average, the averae fee for one hour per day may be around Rs.300-500/- presuming the classes shall be continued on alternative days.
