At present, I am a working as Senior Faculty in the Department of Social Science for Pre foundation classes at R A O I I T ACADEMY KOTA .I have the experience of teaching the above subjects for last 20 years. I have also received a letter of commendation for valuable contribution to teaching in C B S E School by H R D Ministry signed by Honorable Minister Smriti Irani in the year 2015. Except teaching I have also taken up the job of a Rector / warden /House Parent in my last school for last five years which can be considered as an additional qualification to understand the behavioral attitude of the students in residential schools . I have taught in different schools i.e. DPS Bokaro, D P S Bhagalpur as guest teacher of Social Science for Pre foundation course preparing the students for N T S E and other competitive examinations under the Kota based Institute RAO IIT ACADEMY under RAO EDUSOLUTIONS PVT. LTD., Head Office at Mumbai . With regards to my teaching methodology I have always tried to make my subject and its contents easier to be delivered amongst my students so that they consider it an interesting subject and they could make it useful in their day to day life as the aim of education is to make a good human being and a responsible global citizen. I have qualified C T E T conducted by C B S E and participated in different workshops conducted by schools under C B S E and my school too I have completed the B. Lib Science degree and have worked as librarian for six months. I have done my doctorate of philosophy in Social science (Gandhian Thoughts).

Every discussion in Mr. Jha's class was engaging for all the students. And all thoughts were welcome. Now, with subjects like polity and history, the students' thoughts usually start aligning with the political opinions and the historical perspectives of the teacher, but I found that was never the case with Mr. Jha's lectures. He had this ability to separate his personal political views away from the class, and hence all thoughts were welcome with a "why or why not?" attitude instead of a "that's not right and that's it."He does not treat his students as empty vessels that need to be filled, and that, I think, makes him a great teacher.
