First undestand what does "Subtropical" actually means , It is region of earth beyong Tropic of Capricon or Cancer  till the 35 degree South or North , as shown below in the figire.

Now the forest found in these regions are known to be Subtropical Forest. These forest can be wet broad leaf forest or dry decidious forest depending upon the annual rainfall the region is receiving.

Examle forest in Central america , madagascar , lower Himalayas , Indo-china region , South east asia , florida etc   

Let's consider a highly populated country like India, a 131 crore people's land. 

                        According to government data , India requires 700 million skilled workers by 2022 for it's good growth for economy. Now barely we have 200 million skilled people , now how to achieve that ? How to turn large population in to demographic dividend ? 

India has launched various  Missions . Like Skill India Mission to provide skill sets to any willing person and then helping the person to get the job.

Second is Atal Innovation Mission to create an incubation and entrepreneurship spirits in young school going childrens. 

Third is Mudra Loan Schemes , this provides small loans to Small and Micro business like street vendor , small hotel , shoe maker , carpenter , cottage industry , etc so that they can expand thier business , one can start its own business and can employ more people this creating assets from large unemployed population.

Fourth is National Rural Livelihood Programme , doing the same in Rural India . 

Fifth is Digital India Mission , it has made people empowered and awared . One can learn skills online , one can make its business online , one can transfer money online , etc 

I can list down many such scheme but in a nut shell , provide people with Skill sets , provide them Financial support and generate young talents with entrepreneurship spirits. To have icing on the cake also support Exports of Indian goods in global market. 

Anyone missing from the above will be hazardous for a nation having large population.
