We need to convert population into human resource by providing education , Health care and skill development .
We need to train the individual as per the latest technology in order to compete with the world's workforce and need to develop country as the manufacturing hub to maximize job opportunities.
There are various schemes launched by GOI like Skill India Programme , Make in India etc. to integrate the population , Workforce and job opportunities.

Human is very important asset of any nation. The greater the number of population ,the greater the strength a country have because human capital is very important asset for any contry .It has greater importance for country like india. But if the working population of a country is not well versed with skill and health it become 'curse' for a country . SO basic knowledge ,better skill and focus on proper health service is the key to transform human capital. though education and health are essential eliment but they are not sufficient . A large skilled workforce without sustainable and better employment facilities will remain unproductive and will be burden on economy rather tthan contributing in itself. So a country like india whose 65% population is under 35 yrs should focus on generating better employment opportunities....other this asset can be converted into curse for country.

The most basic thing to do it is to increase employment in the country by various means....this includes making an environment for industrial growth and entrepreneurship....for this you need to provide good education, low cost land, electricity,water,loans, etc. so that manufacturing cost is low and your exports increase...this will make the country economically strong and there will be low/no/surplus trade deficit..
The best example of this type of situation is China...they maintained 2 digit growth rate for over 30 years making it the second richest country in the world after USA....Thank you!

And currently there are so many Skill development programmes are running by the government in India for developing the skills of indians . MSDE has incorported NSDA , NSDC , PMKVY yojna, DDUGKY, etc etc are running in India from small level till higher level of training programme . So large population can become assets when they are skilled and can generate benefits to the nation by utilising those skills in the developmental activities . Whether at national or international level .
