Is there any form of dance that can be learned for free?
Hey, good question! There is nothing that comes FREE.
If I say you can learn from Movie/Tv video songs, then you already paying for your cable/connection.
If I say watch from YouTube or online, again you are paying for net and data recharges.
If I say go and learn from someone near you, again you are spending your travel and time.
So remember there is nothing as FREE.

Yes, you can learn fitness dances like Zumba for free from YouTube. You don't need much expertise or form correction in comparison to other styles of dance that require perfection. Plus, it's fun. An easy way to up your cardio and endurance before you figure out whether dance is your kind of fitness routine and go for other styles. :)

read lessHi,
There no art form that can be learnt for "free". To get a hold of what interests you, you can see the videos on youtube and follow. But following is different from learning. Learning per se is much deeper and happens at its best when you find a teacher/guru. If you are facing financial problems, you can, of course, go for scholarships/grants. I have also seen teachers who teach without taking a fee, but that calls for a lot of dedication, and you may have to pay at a later stage when you become sustainable.
