Do you agree that each individual has his/her own style of skills in communication but not every one is successful because of his/her way of explaing it which acts and adds as his/her personality.
Both are linked to eachother and both has to come together.
For Example:
If you give a same topic to the oraters, successful entrepreneurs, businessman and ask them to talk on it then they will have their own style of explaination and the words differ from one another and each will have their own importance which will be carried with their personality.

Communication is not the only criteria during interview but there are many other issues they look at like body language, dressing, attitude, confidence, etc...
Everything should fall in place equally to upgrade the total skill in you.

I somehow feel that you are testing the tutor by giving a false image about yourself since the way you have expressed above and the english language written seems to be from a professional.

Not All leader are good in their communication but they have their own script writers who help them on what to talk and where.
Leader who have their own oraters will excel on their speech and the value and quality of the speech depends on the orater's experience. Else his speech is gone in wind and sometimes lands with LOL
