See this is not a problem which is associated with any complicated problem which generally people have,

1)What are the demands of you client ? How do you product help your customer ?
2)Do you think that your customer's demand need to be more precise or is there there any scope for improvement in your product ?
3)lastly How you designed your product that can solve your customers problem and what extra you added to meetout their demand which even they didnt mention or noticed.
