Hi, I would love to be a trainer of soft skills and personality development. Is it mandatory to undergo any certification or training for this? Or is the knowledge which I i gain from internet and my experience at work is enough. Request you to suggest. Thank you!

Hi Soumya, Greetings! It depends. What level of knowledge and experience you possess. Certification is not must but at the same time it is required to enrich our knowledge and learning new spheres of areas we interest in. It also depends upon what training module you are interested in and to which level? Specify your experience and qualification.

Management --- - Understand present condition, - Think about future plans (Vision, Mission & Goals) and communicate will to its every stake-holder , - Build strong & effective human capital, - Have better communication and coordination amongst the team for the achievements of goals. If we have a look at the hiring market & the trends, below are the few expectations from the recruiters of any company. - Good communication skills (Written & Oral), - Confidence, - Presentation skills, - Basic etiquette's, - Basic knowledge of concepts one has studied. To focus on the above mentioned areas and improve students skills, I personally conduct below mentioned activities to increase their employability chances. - GOAL Setting Activity, - SWOC (Strengths, Weakness (Rather areas of improvement), Opportunity & Challenges) Analysis, - Personal counseling of every individual students to understand them and focus on their are areas of improvement, - Ice-breaking activities to build their confidence as well to make them participate in the activities so that they can become interactive and be regular for these sessions. - Understand every students IQ & EQ level and teach them according to their level of understanding, grasping power. Being closely associated with many corporates (HR, Recruitment Team) and presently working as Training & Placement Officer with Pune's one of the eminent institutions, MIT, there is always an interaction with HR during the recruitment drives where HR's keep sharing their expectations frankly what they seek in the individuals.
