I am an Agricultural Engineer with an experience of 14 yrs from a well known MNC. Right from my first job, I always have worked in the diverse environment. <br/>I enjoyed different positions throughout my career, in providing solutions to external as well as internal customers. I love educating and training all kinds of stake holders about organizations' product and technical information. <br/>My personal and professional experiences has helped me to develop myself in training <br/>- Customer Relationship Management. <br/>- Leadership Skills <br/>- Team building and team development <br/>- Problem solving <br/>- Product and quality management <br/>- Training <br/>- People management. <br/> <br/>I am also into the training of students ( freshers). While providing such trainings I came to know that basic knowledge is very important for them during their early academic years. <br/>The knowledge which they have gained in school will always help them in their higher studies and also in their future career. <br/>I am very passionate about teaching, and always I try to help the students to strengthen their weak points by boosting their confidence rather than underestimating them. <br/>I am a Science as well as Math background student who always liked geography and kept interest in GK & Current affairs. I am also good at languages like English, Hindi and Kannada, written as will as verbal. <br/>I don't want to crowd up tuition classes so that I can concentrate on each student properly. Only a few students will be there in my classes. <br/> <br/>I am multilingual with strong communication skills. Passionate about teaching and building strong relationships with people in order to deliver the best results. Motivated individual always willing to learn new skills.
