Japanese is difficult and might take more than the course duration to master it. If you're going to work in private sector take up German, there are already many people who mastered French. I feel hesitation in speaking in English, what should I do to remove my hesitation ??

Watch some British movies like my fair lady, listen to BBC 6 minute English, and most importantly think in English and use those for speaking, have a vocabulary note or in mobile use Evernote, whenever you come across a new word.
