Yes, of course it is very much needed for the student who is pursuing 9th coz this is the base for board exams and if the student is thorough with the concept of the lesson only then he/she might score good marks in the upcoming board exams for which a teacher's guidance is very much helpful who has indepth knowledge about the concepts, after this pandemic the exam pattern itself has changed many schools are giving importance to mcq which a normal parent may not guide if they are veteral in that subject.
