Hi Varun, for the last section in the listening, try to practice note-taking ability first, helping you multitask. Start practising by listening to the audio, taking notes, reading the questions, and figuring out the answers. In this way, initially, you'll be able to get at least 5 out of 10. With regular practice, you'll be able to get 10 out of 10.

It purely depends on which university/college you choose as well as the course. The IELTS band score requirements change from university/college, including the departments. The minimum score is 6 in each module, and overall, 6.5.
