I use Pen-tablet for teaching online. Call through zoom or google meet and share screen. I use OneNote to write. OneNote will provide different colour and thickness pens for proper visualization. Also, it offers basic shapes like circles, lines etc.
Using Pen tablet and OneNote will be suitable for teaching. There are budget pen-tablets available in amazon. I use XP-Pen G960, which cost around 4000.
