It's the time when I was searching for a part-time job to satisfy my daily expenses incurred during my internship in college. I got an opportunity to work as tuition master for two kids in an apartment in my locality. The two are Arya and Jhanvi who are studying the sixth standard in a CBSE school. Arya's mom wanted me to guide him in daily evening study sessions as she has odd working hours while Jhanvi joins only for Maths and Science subjects. I committed to working for five months, i.e. from the start of the academic year to the quarterly exams as my college internship would be over by that time. I had many fascinating experiences in teaching them while some bitter ones too. I found it difficult to establish a stable relationship between us which I believed would help me to take over them as a tutor. Each one of them is varied personalities where I had to immense homework to understand them. Arya was eager to spend the regular ending hours in the playground with his friends while Jhanvi was quite talkative who often make silly quarrels with the other. I am utterly new to this field not clear to how much I could be authoritative over them to make them study. I instead preferred a friendly approach to take over them. Then I start to know their traits individually so that I could handle them smoothly.
