Coming from a background of competitive sports, it was only natural for me to incline towards yoga. After pursuing Bed in yoga from Panjab University Chandigarh and advanced programme in yoga and meditation. I began teaching a couple of classes in 2019 . Now i teach at home and also teach online. I have been teaching in schools on volunteer basis and also at home and online with a teaching experience of over 800 hours. I am a yoga trainer with specialisation in offering personalised yoga and meditation for clients as per their specific requirements depending upon their age and medical condition. I also try constantly to learn about myself. The more I become my own best teacher, the more I can help my students become their own teachers. My endeavour is to be the same teacher, teaching either one student or a class full of learners.
