There are few factors you have consider:

1. Why do you have the idea of pursuing CA, is it out of your personal interest or something like as in recent days engineering is getting diluted and shortage of opportunities for engineering graduates.

 

2.If you are really interested and If you think you are capable of investing lot of time and money, and then it's good time to pursue rather than regretting after few years after gaining 3-4 yrs of work experience.

 

3.Take the help of Google, by asking "how to get admission into CA" or search YouTube videos

Not a good idea. As you CA is completely different vertical. Rather you can go for MBA as BTech MBA combination is much appreciated in Business world.

not a good decision .If u r looking for pg degree then prepared for gate and get any good colege like iit and nit or if u r looking job so prepared for that like upsc or psc preparation or your eng. field related job or banking or anything else but just chance complete scenario not a good decision
