ISRO and DRDO conduct own exams and ISRO also calls for interview if you have good gate score, but for final selection interview is main. Most of the weightage for interview in ISRO and DRDO.

ISRO conducts its own examination time to time just be updated and keep on checking the isrocareer.gov.in .As I have qualified the written examination of ISRO and waiting for interview call so I would suggest you to study the syllabus which is asked in the GATE.

They conduct their separate exams for the post of scientist B or scientist C. DRDO mostly selects the candidates based on their GATE score and then conducts a test or interview based on the requirements.
