I am an experienced, Qualified Yoga Trainer with over 6 years of experience in teaching All types of Yoga, I have worked as a Yoga Trainer in Happy Kinds International School, Khandagiri,Bhubaneswar and NIIS College, Madanpur,Bhubaneswar.
Yoga is practice in our daily life for very relax body with very intelligence our mind. Basically when do YOGA practice then can follow the rule and regulation for Breathing point. You reduce the abdomen or stomach ?You can Daily practice on 15minuts per day the Aasan name is Vajra Aasan, Chakra Aasan, Nadi sodhan Pranayam and Pada Sanchalan.
