"She is absolutely fantastic. Her class is fun and at the same time she really pushes you. She is also very attentive and will adapt her exercises depending on your level and what you need. I need to loose weight and she incorporated a lot of cardio to help me.I feel completely recharged after her class. I hate to go to the gym or any type of exercises but I’m looking forward to see her every time. "
