"Yoga was not not my cup of tea that was my opinion before joining the class , where I got Rajni as my teacher .My experience is good as I feel the change in my physical strength from day one to till date .Of course it's not magic to reduce weight in a few days but feeling fresh thought out the day and reduction in joint pain is what I am happy about.
