Meditation is helpfull for human beings. Every individual should do it because it increases the concentration of the mind/brain, enhance life span, reduces stress, relaxes the body & control anxiety etc. There are many more benefits of doing meditation.

  1. Perform Movements
  2. Maintain posture
  3. To receive oxygenated blood
