A graduate in Humanities and Computers with over 11 years of experience in Academics, Quality, Training and Organizational Development. I have conducted training's programs for the corporate sector ranging from Hospitality, Telecommunications, Call Centers, Retail and also the student community in many parts of India.

I am seeking serious work in the Academics and the Learning and Development field. Consultancy and retainer ship positions suit me well. In that way, I can study the actual needs of the students and execute some long-term improvements.
Some of the training methodologies included are the description of theory, reinforcement of the method by case studies, practical examples of implementation where appropriate games, role plays and resolution of queries is by question and answer.
