I have dedicated my professional life to teaching Kannada
and imparting linguistic skills to students from classes 1 to 12. Armed with an MA and a B.Ed, my education journey has fulfilled a lifelong dream to share the beauty of the Kannada language and
literature.

Teaching Kannada is not just my profession; it's a calling that has shaped my career. Over the years,
I have had the privilege of training fellow educators as a subject expert at prominent institutions
such as The Valley School and the Presidency Group of Institutes. My commitment to the language
extends beyond traditional classrooms; as a freelancer, I have established my center named
" Basha Vidya," dedicated to the art and science of Kannada learning.
As a subject expert, I taught students directly and trained other
educators to teach the language effectively. This experience has given me a holistic understanding
of the challenges and opportunities in Kannada language education, inspiring me to contribute to the
field through various avenues.

As part of my commitment to Kannada education, I have been involved in the publication of Kannada
learning workbooks and textbooks. These materials, developed over years of experience, cater to the
diverse needs of students, providing them with a structured and comprehensive approach to
mastering the language.

I have embraced online teaching to reach a broader
audience in the ever-evolving education landscape. My online classes, spanning one hour, are designed to be interactive and practical,
ensuring that students actively engage with the language. Using visual aids, PowerPoint
presentations, videos, and hands-on materials adds a dynamic dimension to the learning experience,
making it both enjoyable and effective.

To complement the virtual learning environment, I provide workbooks and notes as
valuable resources for students to reinforce their understanding. Combined with
practical exercises, these materials create a well-rounded learning experience that goes beyond rote memorization
to foster a deeper appreciation for the language.

In addition to my role as an educator, I take pride in contributing to the academic community through
my centre, Basha Vidya. This centre serves as a hub for Kannada learning, providing a
supportive and enriching environment for students to explore and master the intricacies of the
language.

As I continue on this journey of Kannada education, my goal is to teach the language and instil a love for Kannada literature and culture in the hearts of my students. Through Basha
Vidya and my online classes, I aspire to empower the next generation with linguistic skills that
extend beyond academic excellence, fostering a lifelong connection to the rich heritage of Kannada.
