"He is the best! Lose weight without much changes to your existing diet I lost 5kgs postpartum in 2 months & I am on the way to lose more ! I used to be a lazy person before but weight loss journey with him is fun! He will study your body type , your food habits and accordingly plan your training. I have got so many compliments from people postpartum that I look the same before and after pregnancy, he trained me before the pregnancy also and I lost 6-7 kgs in just a month. Postpartum weight loss is difficult with you not being able to do too much on your diet but he was extremely patient, accommodating throughout the journey and helped me get back in shape again without much changes to diet.
