"She is the worst tutor I have seen online, when we finalised her it was clearly informed 2nd PUC accountancy, but she was teaching +2 accountancy and a lot of absenteeism but she will ask you to pay 20 classes in advance and she will shout on your kids too & nothing she will teach to your ward. I have raised a complaint to the Urban pro team. She will block parents and students so that you can never communicate to her about her mistakes. Urban pro should remove her online from the tutor list. " Knowledge without a character is of no use". "

The student is not following the class properly. Even though after complaining to their parents, the student doesn't follow the instructions and at-last blaming the teacher that not scheduling the class. If the student doesn't follow the instructions given, then how can the teacher come to know about his level of understanding. This is not fair. At-least the parent has to follow the student. I am doing my duty correctly.

Even though after a long reminder that i have made, no response from the student. Then how come i will know that the student is ready to take class. If you want a proof you can check the student chat column, where it is there. By simply with the student feedback don't consider the tutor's abilities which is not fair. They will come whenever class is needed and the tutor has to be free at that time, which will not be informed by the student to the tutor before itself. Is this the right way to value a tutor?

"My experience was worst, joined for class 12 cbse accountancy, payment made for 20 hrs mandatary per hour RS.150 before starting class. Out of 6 classes. Only 67 min class taken with tutor network issue, 2 schedule classes were not conducted by tutor with no intimation, 2hr 30 min class payment was deducted for recorded video though tutor didn' t inform schedule time and prior intimated by me not willing to continue.From customer support reply. Fund deducted will not be refunded though i have clear chat and schedule history . Really disappointed to choose urban pro faculty. "
