"I am training under Saraswathi Mam for the past 3 and half months. Her customized personal training has helped me increase my overall body fitness and helped me loose 4 kg. I just love her training as her training sessions are fun and games. We don't realize that we have worked out for the whole hour. She plans our weekly work out in a systematic manner so as to include upper body, lower body , core strengthening, abs workout, cardio, agility, aerobics and yoga. Previously whatever other forms of work out i tried the instructor used to make me do max workout from day one, as a result i missed many sessions because of body pain. The best part of her training is that she slowly and steadily increases the intensity of my workout; thereby i am able to be consistent and not miss any session.
