"I went there for canada admission process. I had some gap in my studies due to some unfortunate circumstances. I told this to their person in charge deblina mondal. After hearing about my study gap she got very rude and instead of being supportive started criticizing me about my gap in front of my parents. I was calm and listening to it. Then we came out of the in charge's chamber and I guess the staff heard the lecture I got from her and one of them started asking inappropriate questions about my personal life related to my marriage which has nothing to do about my study abroad process. There staff and the person in charge are rude and offensive. My personal life is none of their business instead they should make a student feel comfortable and welcoming when they go to their office to meet them. If they can't help me then say so. Please, don't go on about making offensive and insulting remarks to your customer. "

"If you are planning to learn German language, then RD is the best place. Mam is amazing and full of life. In class, we don't feel we are learning a new language because she makes the classroom so funny, exciting and vibrant. She teaches complicated things in a very simpler way. I have completed A1 and now I am pursuing A2. Within these four months, I am able to write and speak small sentences for daily needs and also can write simple Emails. "
