IdentityI am a retired AGM from a Premier Bank.
With 17 years of dedicated teaching experience, I specialize in Science and English for students in grades 9 to 12, as well as NEET preparation for Chemistry and Physics. My academic journey includes a BE, an MSc, and a PhD in Chemistry from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bengaluru. Having recently relocated to Jayanagar, Bangalore, I now run my own center, where I offer personalized instruction to small groups of two, ensuring that each student receives the attention they need to thrive.
As a freelancer, I have had the privilege of teaching in Kerala and now in Bangalore, bringing a diverse range of experiences to my classroom. My passion for science education has led me to write four books on popular science, which have been well-received and recognized with various awards, including the Dr. CP Menon Award for my contributions to science literature. This recognition fuels my commitment to making science accessible and engaging for my students.
Holds a Ph D from I I Sc Bangalore in Chemistry. Presently I am a visiting faculty in Gopalan College of Engg and Mgtmt in Whitefield.During my career in the Bank I was a trainer for three years. My Visiting Faculty exposure is for 3yrs. I used to give private tuition to students when I was in Trivandrum and Bangalore. My MBA students have scored 100% first class. I am an expert in Chemistry, Physics and Maths. My teaching style involves full participation of students, prompting them to think and find answers on their own. I also stress on improving their communication skills.
I believe in fostering an interactive learning environment, where students feel encouraged to ask questions and explore concepts deeply. My teaching sessions are designed to be engaging, utilizing PowerPoint presentations and comprehensive notes that help clarify complex topics. I aim to make science not just a subject to study, but an exciting journey of discovery.
Both my offline and online classes are tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. In a one-on-one setting or in small groups, I ensure that every learner is supported and challenged appropriately. My goal is to help students build confidence in their abilities while preparing them effectively for exams like NEET, KSET, and IITG.
