"Horrible & terrifying experience! Kauser Khan, who handles the client service harassed is pathetic. First of all, she is a very bad choice for a client handling or business development. She can speak good english but doesn't know how to talk to a human being. She is extremely rude. Denied to send proposal as she finds it waste of time. Failed to understand our requirement and sends a proposal for 1.8L (without our followup, as I did not like the way she spoke). Continues to follow up on the proposal on mobile and office landline. When the proposal was rejected as quote was high she screamed at me and pickedup a quarrel on wasting her time! Literally, a fight! who on earth would call up and pickup a fight with a potential client? "
