"This was the first time that we had engaged with Protocol. We found their approach extremely meticulous. Their belief to truly "Customize" a programme rather than providing a 'canned' content impressed us the most. They took time to discuss with some of the participants on the expectations and made their best efforts to incorporate the same into the programme.
