Mathematics is all about solving problems in the simplest and shortest possible ways. Generally students develop a phobia for this subject at a very tender age. Through my teaching I try to remove this phobia from the student's mind. I do not solve the entire problems but serve as a facilitator and a guide. Unless the students solve the problems... I was engaged for these activities in schools besides day to day teaching jobs • Developed and implemented engaging & effective lessons in Mathematics for classes VI to X. • Evaluated answer sheets of Class X Mathematics of CBSE examinations for two years. • Attended 3times Yearly Workshops and Faculty Enrichment Programmes organized by AWES at FDRC, New Delhi to enhance teaching skills. • Attended parent conferences, faculty meetings and participated in school activities which included assessing student progress, assigning grades etc.
