I am a strength expert and celebrity coach. I completed my graduation from Mysore University in 2013. I have earned several certificates in the field. The certifications include ACE 2018 from ACE, an advanced personal training certificate from CGFI in 217 and CHSIL LES MILLS functional certificate from CHSIL, a Virat Kohli initiative in 2015, etc. I train for Australian-certified body transformation. I have twelve years of experience and have taught at UrbanPro for the last five years. I have helped individuals achieve their transformation goals.

I have been a professional wrestler and participated in national boxing championships. My sports background was my motivation to start paying more attention to fitness. I have completed my training in America and Australia, am certified in weight management, and study SNC (strength and conditioning ) for athletes or sportspersons. I train for weight loss, weight management and lifestyle improvement. I have trained more than two thousand individuals in fitness and fat loss.

My training sessions are carefully planned and executed. My classes are conducted individually, through offline modes. I also provide videos of individual transformations. The sessions hold ninety days programme, with sixty minutes classes per day. My session is unique in its ways. I have an understanding of lifestyle progression reports. The clients are provided with detailed weight loss plans while in the programme. Students daily updates are tracked and updated on their dashboards. My approach is flexible and customised according to the client's requirements and goals. Throughout the programme, the students are guided to take proper nutrition. I understand the significance of a healthy body and mind, so I give my best to my clients.
