PTE and IELTS have their own strengths and weakness;one should know what they exactly want and then decide to take whichever exam seems better.
If one has time issues they can go with PTE, however the acceptance of the test is quite limited.It does have 20 sections and computerbased
IELTS is straight forward test with just 4 sections and globally accepted.
However both the tests examines same elements on same parameters.
