"This is my first Yoga experience. I have been able to practice for 2 days week for almost a year. Without the support of Ipaita our yoga instructor this would not have been possible Initially when I started of each asana was indeed difficult She has made them easy. With passage of time yoga has made me more fit and better. . Our teacher is attentive and observant and corrects the posture and techniques. Overall I enjoy doing asanas.
